Volunteer service

To strengthen the construction of volunteer team in Xuzhou Museum and promote the development of volunteer work. In the afternoon of October 14, the Management Center of the Volunteer Committee of Xuzhou Museum conducted pre-job training for the recruitment of volunteers for the 2018 new school year.

    This training was led by Liu Hu from the Management Center of Xu Bozhi Committee. The training contents include an overview of the basic situation of Xuzhou Museum, the construction of volunteer teams, and the post responsibilities and civilized etiquette norms of daily volunteer services. The content of the training is from simple to deep and step-by-step, which helps the new volunteers to answer questions and provide a lot of help for the future volunteer service work.

According to the post requirements of the interpretation volunteers, Liu Hu taught the students the service etiquette, the memory skills of the interpretation words, the development of knowledge related to cultural relics, and the precautions in the interpretation. So that volunteers can get familiar with the explanation words as soon as possible, understand the history of the museum collection, and be competent for the explanation work.

Finally, Yang Yang from the Youth Association of Xugong University, as a representative of outstanding volunteers, shared his service experience with you: from ignorance to clarity, from shy and enthusiastic, to little by little to full of knowledge...
